Lucy.OS Field Guide

A simple guide to the language behind the current Lucy.OS Field Lab daily flow.

Lucy.OS Field Lab reads the day as a shared field, then shows how that field may land in a person’s system.

This guide explains the words users now see in the scroll-first daily read. It is optional. Use it only when a card, label, or section needs a plain explanation.

Trust framing

What this is:
A symbolic timing and stability read.

What this is not:
A diagnosis, prediction, or replacement for your own judgment.

01

Core Language

The basic terms used across the daily read.

Move

The cleanest next action.

The move is not a full life strategy. It is the smallest useful action that helps the system respond clearly.

In the appBest Move / One Good Move gives a practical next step.

Plain version“What should I do with this?”

Support

What helps the system stabilize.

Support shows what kind of input, pace, environment, or action helps reduce overload and return the system to coherence.

In the appSupport / Container language shows what helps hold the field without overreacting.

Plain version“What helps me come back to center?”

Load

How much pressure the system is carrying.

Load is the amount of pressure, stimulation, emotional charge, or signal the system is processing.

In the appA higher load means the system may need more pacing, grounding, simplicity, or containment.

Plain version“How much am I carrying right now?”

Regulation

How the system returns to coherence.

Regulation is the process of settling, organizing, pacing, and returning to a usable state.

In the appRegulation language points to what helps the field become workable.

Plain version“How do I get steady again?”

Shared Field

The wider atmosphere around the day.

The shared field is not just personal. It describes the larger tone Lucy.OS is reading before it compares that tone to the user.

Plain version“What is around everyone before it becomes personal?”

Personal Landing

Where the shared field meets your receiving pattern.

Personal landing translates the shared field into a more personal notice point without making it a diagnosis or a fixed identity.

Plain version“Where does this day touch my pattern?”

02

Daily Flow

The current Field Lab read is meant to be used as a guided scroll, not a dashboard.

Today’s System Weather

The shared field atmosphere.

System Weather names the wider tone of the day before it becomes personal. It can describe pressure, pace, visibility, sensitivity, repair, or contact.

Why This Is Showing

The plain reason behind the read.

This card explains what is contributing to the field in simple language. It is there so the read does not feel random or unexplained.

Today’s Landing Map

Where the shared field may land personally.

The map shows the likely inner, secondary, and around-you zones. It is a symbolic noticing tool, not a diagnosis.

Body Signal

Where to pause and notice.

Body Signal points to where pressure, activation, or signal may be noticed first. It does not tell you what is medically happening.

Best Move / One Good Move

The smallest clean action.

This is a practical regulation prompt. It is not a command and not a complete life plan.

Return Path

The way back to center.

Return Path helps when the field feels loud, scattered, relational, heavy, or overstimulating.

Deep Sky Details

The optional deeper layer.

Deep Sky Details is collapsed by default in the app. Users can ignore it and still use the Plain Read.

Support / Container

What helps hold the field.

Support language helps the user choose pace, environment, boundaries, or simple actions that reduce overreaction.

03

Field Types

The nine field patterns Lucy.OS uses to describe what kind of pressure or atmosphere is active.

Structured

Structure, order, pattern, and form.

May feel likePlanning, sorting, organizing, noticing what does not fit.

Clean moveGive the signal a clear form.

Contained

Boundary, protection, holding, and limits.

May feel likeNeeding space, privacy, quiet, or cleaner edges.

Clean moveHold the boundary without hardening.

Chaotic

Movement, disruption, activation, and fast signal.

May feel likeUrgency, electricity, restlessness, sudden ideas, or fast pressure.

Clean moveLet the signal move, then give it form.

Relational

Contact, tone, repair, connection, and response.

May feel likeSensitivity to tone, wanting connection, noticing distance, or feeling contact pressure.

Clean moveStay centered before trying to read or fix the room.

Threshold

Transition, crossing, edge, and decision point.

May feel likeA doorway, tension, uncertainty, timing pressure, or “not yet / not anymore.”

Clean moveDo not force the crossing. Make the next clean step.

Reconstructive

Repair, rebuild, correction, and deep restructuring.

May feel likePressure around what is broken, unfinished, weak, or ready to be rebuilt.

Clean moveRepair the true weak point. Do not rebuild everything at once.

Integrative

Meaning, synthesis, understanding, and coherence.

May feel likeReflection, insight, pattern recognition, or seeing how things connect.

Clean moveName the meaning, then make it practical.

Diffused

Atmosphere, sensitivity, openness, and wide-field perception.

May feel likeFog, absorption, openness, emotional atmosphere, or difficulty separating signals.

Clean moveReduce input and separate yours from the room.

Regulated

Pace, rhythm, steadiness, and support.

May feel likeNeeding routine, breath, simplicity, repetition, or less intensity.

Clean moveChoose the pace that keeps the system steady.

04

Today’s Landing Map

A compact symbolic map for noticing how the shared field may register personally.

Secondary

A supporting or secondary zone.

This is not the main landing point, but it may help explain what else is being pulled into the field.

Around You / Shared Field

The relational or environmental atmosphere.

This describes what may be active around the user: tone, contact pressure, room atmosphere, timing pressure, or shared-field noise.

05

Body Signal

A simple cue for awareness and regulation.

What it does not mean

Body Signal does not tell you what is medically happening. It is not proof of a medical condition and it is not a diagnosis.

It gives you a symbolic place to pause and notice how the field may be landing.

06

Best Move / Return Path

The practical part of the read.

07

Moonstamp

A symbolic timing layer that shows where the day sits in a wider lunar process.

Reset

New beginning field.

UseStart small. Do not overbuild.

Re-enter

Returning to movement.

UseTake one small step back into the field.

Emerge

Early growth field.

UseLet the signal become visible without forcing it.

Threshold

Turning point field.

UseChoose cleanly. Do not rush the crossing.

Build

Formation field.

UsePut energy into one formed thing.

Show

Visibility field.

UseMake one formed thing more visible.

Culminate

Fullness field.

UseNotice what has become clear.

Release

Letting-go field.

UseLet something unnecessary leave the system.

Reduce

Simplification field.

UseDo less. Keep only what still carries life.

08

Deep Sky Details

The optional deeper layer for users who want more context.

Moon Phase Lens

A symbolic integration layer.

The Moon Phase Lens shows the current phase as a symbolic integration layer. It helps users understand the mood of the cycle without turning the read into a prediction.

Living Cycle Companion

The Living Cycle is an optional companion guide that teaches moon phase, torus, body return, and integration as a symbolic learning map.

Open The Living Cycle

7-Day Forecast

A short symbolic look at upcoming field tones.

If the Field Lab shows a 7-Day Forecast, read it as upcoming tone and pacing context. It is not a guarantee of events.

09

Personal Architecture / You

How the moving daily field becomes personal without exposing engine details.

Daily Field

The moving atmosphere.

The Daily Field is the changing shared atmosphere. Lucy.OS compares this moving field to the user’s receiving pattern, then translates the result into plain language.

Shared Field vs Personal Landing

The shared field is the atmosphere around the day. Personal landing is where that atmosphere may register in the user’s system.

Plain version“The weather is shared. The landing is personal.”

Body Signal vs Support

Body Signal names a symbolic place to notice. Support names what helps hold the field without overreacting.

Plain version“Notice here. Stabilize this way.”

10

Activated Drivers / Driver Instrument

The engine-facing language that explains what is leading, pressurizing, stabilizing, or sitting underneath the read.

Primary Driver

The main amplifier of the field.

Plain version“What is leading the field?”

Pressure Driver

The strongest direct pressure signal.

Plain version“What is applying pressure?”

Stabilizer

The part of the field helping regulate pressure.

Plain version“What helps steady this?”

Undertone

The secondary pressure underneath the main field.

Plain version“What is underneath the main read?”

11

Support Language

The practical language that turns the read into something usable.

Do Not Overdo

The pressure pattern to avoid.

Do Not Overdo shows where the system may overcorrect, overread, overexplain, overfix, or absorb too much.

Plain version“Where could I make this harder than it needs to be?”

Regulation Supports

What helps today’s field settle.

ExamplesWarmth, quiet, slower pace, clean routing, movement, simple structure, reduced input, direct communication, body-based grounding.

Clean Routing

Letting the signal move through the right channel.

Clean routing means the pressure does not have to spill everywhere. The signal gets a clear path.

Plain version“Let this move where it actually belongs.”

Return to Yourself

Come back to your own center before responding.

This is especially useful when the field feels relational, loud, foggy, or overloaded.

Plain version“Do not become the whole room.”

Use

How to Use the Guide

Start with the result, not the guide.

Read the app in this order:

1
Plain Read the shortest practical summary
2
System Weather the shared field atmosphere
3
Landing + Body where it may register
4
Move + Return what helps you stabilize

Then use this guide only when a word needs clarification. Deep Sky Details and The Living Cycle are optional depth layers.

Lucy.OS Field Lab is not asking you to decode everything.
It is helping you find the cleanest signal, the cleanest move, and the cleanest return path.
